How do I manage my profile and see my accesses?
Go to Profile (the
/profilepage) to see your personal account, change your interface language, and review every business ("workspace") you can access along with your role in each.
Before you start
- You are signed in. Profile is your personal account — it is not tied to any single workspace.
Steps
Open Profile
Go to /profile. The page has three sections: Personal details, Security, and Your accesses.
Edit your name and phone
Update Name and Phone, then click Save changes. Email is your sign-in address and cannot be changed here.
Turn off two-factor authentication
Under Security, the Two-factor authentication row has a Disable button. Confirm with your current password to turn it off.
Change your interface language
Under Interface language, pick a language. The change applies immediately and is remembered for your account across every business.
See where you have access
The Your accesses section lists every business you belong to with your role (Owner, Admin, Member, or Client). Click one to open it.
What happens next
- Saving your name and phone updates your account everywhere instantly.
- Disabling two-factor authentication takes effect immediately — you'll sign in with just your password afterward.
- Switching the interface language reloads the app in the new language and saves the preference to your account.
- Clicking a business under Your accesses opens that workspace.
Gotchas
Uploading a profile photo, changing your password, and active-session management are shown on the page but are not available yet — each is behind a clear "coming soon" note. Editing your name and phone, disabling two-factor authentication, language, and your accesses are all live today.
To leave a business or change someone's role you do not use Profile — that lives in each workspace under Settings → Team. Profile only shows your accesses; it does not manage other people.
The user menu shows a Profile entry, but going to the page directly via
/profile always works; wiring that menu entry to open the page is in progress.
