How do I create my account and set a strong password?

Open the sign-up page, fill in Full name, Email address, and a Password, then choose Create account. As you type the password, a strength meter shows Weak, Fair, Good, or Strong so you can pick something hard to guess before you submit.

Before you start

  • You only need an email address you can receive mail at — the same address you use to sign in and to recover the account later.
  • Decisa signs you in with email and password. There is no third-party social login.

Steps

  1. Open the sign-up page

Go to the Create your account page. If you already have an account, use Sign in instead to go to the login screen instead.

  2. Enter your details

Fill in Full name and Email address. The email becomes your sign-in address, so use one you check.

  3. Choose a strong password

Type a Password. A strength meter appears under the field and rates it as Weak, Fair, Good, or Strong — it grows stronger with length and a mix of upper- and lower-case letters, numbers, and symbols. Aim for Good or Strong. Then repeat it in Confirm password so a typo can't lock you out.

  4. Create the account

Choose Create account. You agree to the linked Terms and Privacy Policy by creating the account.

What happens next

  • You are signed in and taken into the app to create your first business ("workspace") — see How do I create a workspace?.
  • The strength meter is a guide only: it never blocks Create account on its own. Decisa still enforces its minimum password rules, so a too-short password is rejected when you submit, with the error shown on the field.

Resetting a forgotten password

  1. Ask for a reset link

On the login screen choose the forgotten-password link to open Forgot your password?, enter your account email, and choose Send reset link. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for the email.

  2. Set a new password

Open the link to reach Create new password. The same strength meter rates your New password as you type; once it's confirmed, choose Reset password to finish.

Gotchas

The strength meter is advice, not the rule. A bar that reads Strong does not guarantee the password passes — if Create account or Reset password returns an error, read the message on the password field and adjust to meet the stated minimum.

Reset links expire. If the link shows an "invalid or expired" notice, request a fresh one from Forgot your password? — old links stop working once a newer one is issued.
