How do I change my workspace name, segment, and other general settings?
Open Settings → General to edit the workspace name, business segment, website, timezone, and currency, then click "Save changes". The same tab holds an isolated Danger zone for archiving or deleting the workspace.
Before you start
- You must be an owner or admin of the workspace to edit general settings.
- Only owners see the Danger zone.
Steps
Open General
Go to Sidebar → Settings → General. Settings opens on this tab by default.
Edit the workspace profile
Update Workspace name, Business segment, Website, Timezone, and Currency. Currency is a three-letter code such as
BRL.Click "Save changes"
Your changes save together and the values are kept on the workspace.
What happens next
- The workspace name updates everywhere it appears (sidebar, switcher, businesses picker).
- Segment, website, timezone, and currency are stored on the workspace and used to label your metrics.
Gotchas
The Danger zone is visually separated and every action asks you to confirm first. Archiving hides the workspace and pauses its syncs — you can restore it later. Deleting permanently removes the workspace and every campaign, connection, and attribution record in it, so it additionally requires typing the workspace name to confirm. Both actions return you to the workspace chooser when they finish. This friction is intentional: a destructive action that can erase data should never be a single accidental click.
Segment, website, timezone, and currency are sent to the API when you save. If your plan/build doesn't yet store them, the workspace name still saves and the other values are simply ignored — nothing breaks.
