How do I white-label my workspace with my own brand?

Open Branding under your workspace settings, fill in your display name, logo, color, support email, and custom domain, then click "Save branding" — these white-label values are stored on the workspace so agencies can ship a Decisa surface that wears their own brand.

Before you start

  • A workspace where you are an admin or owner — saving branding requires workspace admin rights, and branding is set per workspace, so each client workspace can carry a different brand.
  • Your logo hosted somewhere public (you'll paste a URL, not upload a file).
  • Your brand's primary color as a six-character hex code, e.g. #1e40af.

Steps

  1. Open Branding

    Go to Sidebar → Settings → Branding. The page is split into two cards: Identity and Support & domain.

  2. Fill in the Identity card

    • Display name — the name shown in place of your internal workspace name on branded surfaces (e.g. "Acme Marketing").
    • Logo URL — a public link to your logo file, such as https://…/logo.svg.
    • Primary color — a six-character hex value like #1e40af. The field only accepts this format.

  3. Fill in the Support & domain card

    • Support email — where your clients should reach you, instead of a Decisa address.
    • Custom domain — the domain you want your branded surface to live on, e.g. decisa.acme.example.com.

  4. Click "Save branding"

    All values save together. You'll see a confirmation: "Branding saved."

What happens next

  • The values are stored on this workspace and the form shows them the next time you open the page.
  • Each workspace keeps its own branding — switching workspaces switches the brand values with it.
  • Your internal workspace name does not change. Display name is a white-label layer on top of it; renaming the workspace itself is a separate operation.

Gotchas

Custom domain does not go live by itself. The hint under the field says it plainly: "Stored only — DNS verification lands when the agency-level billing flow is wired." If you enter a domain and nothing changes, that's expected — the value is saved and waiting, not active yet.

Primary color must be exactly six hex characters with a leading # (e.g. #1e40af). Three-character shorthand like #fff or color names like blue won't pass validation, and the form won't submit until the format is correct.

Clearing a field and clicking "Save branding" does not remove the stored value — the cleared field is simply not sent, so the previously saved value stays in place and reappears the next time you open the page. There is currently no way to delete a stored branding value from this form; to change one, type a new value over it and save.
