How do I see which creatives are healthy or fatigued?
Open Creatives to see every ad creative your connected accounts have synced, each tagged "Healthy", "Watch", or "Fatigued" and backed by its real impressions, clicks, conversions, and CTR — so you know what's still pulling its weight and what's wearing out.
Before you start
- A workspace with the Creatives module active. If it isn't, the "Creatives" item doesn't appear in the sidebar — activate it from your plan.
- At least one connected ad account that has synced its ads. Creatives are pulled from your live ad accounts; until they sync, the page shows a calm "No creatives yet" message instead of fabricated data.
Steps
Open Creatives
Use Sidebar → Intelligence → Creatives.
Read the summary
The top row shows "Total creatives", "Healthy", "Watch", and "Fatigued" counts for the workspace. Each tile reads an em-dash ("—") until the backend has served the summary.
Filter by fatigue
Use the "All / Healthy / Watch / Fatigued" tabs to focus on one group. The filter runs over the creatives already loaded — no extra request.
Switch the layout
Toggle between "Grid" and "List". The list view shows each creative's "Platform", "Status", and "Fatigue" alongside its metrics.
What happens next
- Each creative carries two badges. Status reflects its delivery state — "Active", "Paused", or "Removed" — straight from the ad platform. Fatigue is Decisa's read on wear: "healthy", "watch", or "fatigued".
- A creative drifts toward "watch" and then "fatigued" as it keeps spending while its click-through and conversions decline — the cue to refresh or retire it.
- The metrics shown — "Impressions", "Clicks", "Conversions", and "CTR" — are the real figures synced from the platform, never estimates.
Gotchas
If the page shows "No creatives yet", none of your connected ad accounts have synced ads into this workspace yet — nothing is broken, and we never show placeholder creatives in its place. The page fills in automatically after the next sync.
