How do I find and connect integrations?

Open Sidebar → Integrations → Overview to see every place Decisa connects to — Custom Site, Shopify and Ad platforms — each as a card with its live status, plus a strip of health KPIs at the top.

Before you start

  • A workspace with the Attribution module active.
  • To see events, latency or connection counts populate, at least one integration must already be set up.

Steps

  1. Open the Integrations hub

Use Sidebar → Integrations → Overview. The page header reads "Integrations".

  2. Read the KPI strip

Three tiles at the top summarize health: "Events" (showing "Receiving" or "None yet"), "Active pixels" and "Connected accounts". They tell you at a glance whether data is actually flowing.

  3. Filter by category

Use the category chips — "All", "Tracking", "Stores", "Ad platforms" — to narrow the catalog. The selected chip is highlighted.

  4. Open an integration

Each card shows a status badge ("Receiving events", "Not installed yet", "Connected" or "Not connected") and an "Open" action. Click "Custom Site", "Shopify" or "Ad platforms" to go to its own setup-and-status page.

What happens next

  • "Custom Site" opens the pixel + server-to-server setup. See Install the pixel and Connect a custom checkout webhook.
  • "Shopify" opens the nightly order sync. See Connect Shopify orders.
  • "Ad platforms" takes you to your connections to link Google, Meta or TikTok.
  • A card's status badge updates as soon as Decisa starts (or stops) receiving from that source, so the hub doubles as a quick health check.

Gotchas

A "Not installed yet" or "Not connected" badge means Decisa is receiving nothing from that source — your ROAS will be blind to it until you finish setup. Treat a red badge on a store or pixel as lost revenue data, not a cosmetic warning.

The hub only lists integrations Decisa serves today (Custom Site, Shopify, Ad platforms). If a tool you use isn't here yet, you can still send conversions through the custom server-to-server API.
