How do I invite my team to a workspace?

Go to Sidebar → Settings → Team Members, type your teammate's email under Invite, pick a role, and click Send Invite — they get an email link that adds them to the workspace.

Before you start

• You need to be an Owner or Admin of the workspace. Members don't see the invite form.
• Your teammate needs a Decisa account with the same email address you invite — they can create one when they accept.

Steps

1. Open Team Members

   Click Settings in the sidebar — it opens the Team Members page directly.

2. Enter the email and pick a role

   In the Invite section, type your teammate's email address and choose a role: Member or Admin. Not sure which? The Role permissions panel at the bottom of the page explains what each role can do — in short, Admins can manage members and connections, Members can view data and propose draft changes for approval.

3. Click Send Invite

   You'll see a confirmation that says Invitation sent! and the invite appears in the pending list with a Pending badge.

4. Your teammate accepts

   They receive an email with a join link. If they aren't signed in, Decisa asks them to sign in (or create an account) first, then accepts the invitation automatically and offers Go to workspace.

What happens next

• The invitation sits in the pending list until it's accepted. From there you can Resend the email or Cancel the invite.
• Once accepted, your teammate appears in the members list with the role you picked, and they land straight in the workspace.
• Invitations expire after a while — an Expires soon note appears next to invites in their final 24 hours. Click Resend to issue a fresh link.
