How do I connect Claude (or another AI assistant) to Decisa?

Copy your one Decisa connection URL from Settings → AI Access (MCP), paste it into Claude (or Cursor, VS Code), and sign in to Decisa when the assistant asks. That single connection then works across every workspace you belong to — and there is no API key to manage.

What this lets you do

"Connecting an AI assistant" means letting a tool like Claude talk to your Decisa data in plain language — "show me last week's ROAS", "which campaigns are losing money?", "draft a budget cut for review". The assistant gets the same things you can see and do, nothing more, and it always asks you to sign in first. There's no spreadsheet export, no copy-pasting numbers, and no secret key.

Before you start

• A Decisa workspace you're a member of. The assistant gets exactly your permissions — never more.
• An AI client that speaks MCP: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Claude.ai (custom connectors need a Claude Pro, Team, or Enterprise plan), Cursor, VS Code, or ChatGPT (custom connectors need a paid plan and Developer mode).

Connect in four steps

1. Open AI Access (MCP)

   Go to Sidebar → Settings → AI Access. The page is titled "AI Access (MCP)".

2. Copy the connection URL

   Under "Connection URL" you'll find a single URL for your whole account. Copy it with the copy button. This same URL works no matter which workspace you opened the page from.

3. Add it to your assistant

   Under "Add it to your client", pick the tab for your tool. Each tab gives you a ready-made snippet with the URL already filled in — a terminal command for Claude Code, a config file for Claude Desktop, Cursor, or VS Code. For Claude.ai, open Claude's settings, choose "Add custom connector", and paste the URL. For ChatGPT, turn on Developer mode under Settings → Connectors, choose "Add custom connector", paste the URL, then enable the Decisa connector in a chat.

4. Sign in and approve once

   The first time the assistant connects, it opens a Decisa sign-in in your browser. Approve access once — no token or secret key is ever copied. After that it stays connected until you revoke it.

What happens after you connect

• Your assistant appears under "Connected apps" on the same page, showing when it connected and when its access expires.
• The "What an AI client can do here" section lists the tool groups available — workspace and member management, plus campaign management and attribution when those modules are active. Tools your workspace hasn't activated show a "Not activated" badge and aren't exposed.
• You can now ask it to read reports, list campaigns, draft changes, and more — always within your role. Anything that spends money or changes your account goes through Decisa's normal review-and-apply flow — the assistant proposes, you approve.

Want it to do less? Connect read-only

If you only want answers and reports — never changes — you can connect with read-only access. Most clients let you choose this when they request access; a read-only connection can list and report but cannot create, edit, pause, or spend.
