How do I create a workspace?
Right after registering, Decisa takes you straight to Create workspace — type a name, accept the suggested URL, and click Create workspace.
A workspace groups ad accounts, team members, and attribution data in one place. Everything you do in Decisa happens inside one.
Before you start
- A Decisa account — you create your first workspace immediately after registering.
- A name your team will recognize. Agencies usually use the client or brand name (the form suggests Acme Agency as an example).
Steps
Open the create form
New accounts land on it automatically — with no workspaces yet, Decisa sends you straight to the form. If you already have workspaces, open the chooser and use Workspaces → New workspace.
Name your workspace
Fill in Workspace name with a display name. This is what appears in the workspace chooser and at the top of the sidebar.
Review the Workspace URL
As you type the name, Decisa fills Workspace URL with a matching web address — lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens only. The preview under the field shows the final address, like
/workspaces/acme-agency. You can edit it, but once you do, it stops following the name.Click Create workspace
The button shows Creating… for a moment. If this is your first workspace, it opens automatically. If you already had workspaces, Decisa returns you to your last-used workspace instead — open the workspace switcher and pick the new one from the chooser.
What happens next
- Your first workspace opens automatically, ready for you to pick what to set up first — tracking, campaigns, or both. If you already had other workspaces, you land back in your last-used workspace — select the new one from the chooser or the workspace switcher.
- The workspace appears in the chooser (Choose a workspace), the screen that lists every workspace you belong to, with a New workspace button (search and sorting appear once you have a few workspaces).
- The next time you sign in, Decisa opens your last-used workspace directly. When you open the chooser yourself via the workspace switcher (Workspaces → All workspaces), a Continue section highlights that last-used workspace so you can jump back in with one click.
Gotchas
The Workspace URL must be unique across Decisa. If it is already taken, an error appears under the field after you submit — adjust the URL (for example, add your region or a number) and try again. Your Workspace name can stay exactly as you wanted it; only the URL needs to change.
Don't see the chooser at all? That's expected. With a single workspace — or a clearly remembered last one — Decisa opens it directly instead of making you pick. The chooser only appears when there is a real choice to make.
