How do I read my workspace dashboard?
The dashboard answers one question — is my ad money coming back? — with four selectable numbers: Revenue, Ad spend, Result, and ROAS, all measured by Decisa's own tracking, not the ad platforms' claims. The decisions that need you sit at the top under What to do now.
Before you start
- A connected ad account with at least one synced campaign. While you're still setting up, a Get started with Decisa checklist sits at the top of the page and guides you step by step; it disappears on its own once setup is complete. Revenue numbers additionally need tracked orders flowing in.
- Revenue numbers come from your connected checkout (Shopify, webhooks); spend numbers come from your connected ad accounts.
Steps
Open Dashboard
Use Sidebar → Dashboard. It opens on the last 30 days by default and greets you by name.
Act on What to do now
When something needs a decision, a What to do now band appears at the top with prioritized cards (act now, monitor, review). Each card links straight to where you act — no jargon, just the campaign and why it matters. Once you've seen it, click Got it to hide it; it comes back on its own only when a new or changed finding appears.
Set the period and filters
You can change the date range, pick a network (All networks, Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads), or narrow to one campaign instead of All campaigns. Every number recalculates to match. The Live badge shows how recently the data refreshed — it updates automatically on a fixed cadence (there's no setting to change).
Pick a metric to chart
Four cards — Revenue, Ad spend, Result, and ROAS — are selectable. Click one and the chart below redraws for that metric. It plots one point per day across the selected date range, so you see the daily shape, not just a start-to-end line. Hover any day to see its exact figure.
Scan the secondary numbers
Under the chart on the left: Orders, CPA (spend per order), and Average order value, then the efficiency band — Impressions, CTR, Avg. CPC, Conv. Rate, Cost / Conv., and Clicks. These come from the ad platforms and explain why ROAS moved.
Use the right rail
A side column groups the context you glance at: your Revenue goal for the month (progress toward target, with an "on pace / behind" read), Payment methods (revenue split by card, Pix, boleto, …), Conversions by type (a ring chart of purchases, refunds, and so on), and a short Recent activity feed. If no goal is set yet, the goal card shows a Set a revenue goal button; the pencil edits an existing one.
What happens next
- A freshness badge next to the date range tells you how recently your ad-account data synced — handy before trusting a number.
- Comparison arrows on the selectable cards show movement versus the previous equivalent period; the ROAS card carries Decisa's single accent color because it's the number that matters most.
- The next stop for deeper digging is the per-campaign ROAS report in the Attribution section.
Gotchas
Decisa's ROAS will usually be lower than what Google or Meta report — the ad platforms claim conversions optimistically, while Decisa counts only orders it actually tracked. If the gap feels extreme, your pixel or checkout connection may be missing orders, not your ads underperforming.
When you filter by a single campaign, a note appears: "Campaign filter active: revenue is attributed via the click→campaign join, counting only attributable conversions." Orders that couldn't be matched to a click from that campaign are excluded, so the filtered total is smaller than the unfiltered one — that's expected.
