How do I use agency playbooks and peer benchmarks?

The Agency area gives teams that run several client workspaces two tools: Playbooks (reusable workspace setups you apply to new clients) and Benchmarks (anonymous peer averages that only appear once the cohort has at least 10 workspaces).

Before you start

  • A workspace with the Campaign Management module active.
  • The Agency area lives at /workspaces/your-workspace/agency — open it directly from your browser's address bar. The page describes itself as "Tools for agencies managing multiple client workspaces."
  • To see benchmark numbers, your cohort needs at least 10 opted-in peer workspaces.

Steps

  1. Open Agency

Go to Workspace → Agency (the /agency page of your workspace). You'll see two cards: Playbooks and Benchmarks.

  2. Review your Playbooks

Open Agency → Playbooks. Each playbook card shows its name, a green dot when active or "Archived" when not, the settings it contains (branding, defaults, UTM links), and when it was created. The button for creating a new playbook is currently disabled — hovering it explains: "Create-from-UI coming once the visual editor lands".

  3. Delete a playbook you no longer need

Click the trash icon on the playbook's card. A confirmation asks "Delete playbook?" and warns: "Existing applications stay; new clients can no longer use this template." Confirm with "Delete".

  4. Check your Benchmarks

Open Agency → Benchmarks. The "Cohort snapshot" card shows anonymized averages from opted-in workspaces over the last 30 days — one tile per metric, with currency values formatted automatically.

What happens next

  • A deleted playbook disappears from the grid immediately. Client workspaces already set up from it keep their configuration — only future use of the template stops.
  • The benchmarks footer always shows the context behind the numbers: "Sample size: peer workspaces · Window: days", so you know exactly how many peers you're being compared against.

Gotchas

If Benchmarks shows "Cohort too small to show", that's privacy protection — not a bug. The message reads: "Decisa needs at least 10 peer workspaces; the current cohort has ." Cohorts under 10 are suppressed so nobody can triangulate an individual workspace's numbers. The fix is patience: the snapshot appears automatically once the cohort reaches 10.

The disabled new-playbook button is expected for now — playbook creation from the interface ships with the visual editor. Existing playbooks still work and can be applied to new client workspaces.
