How do I explore the clicks my pixel captured?

The Clicks page lists every inbound click your pixel captured — when it happened, the landing URL, its UTM tags, platform click IDs (gclid, fbclid, ttclid) and the visitor — and lets you filter the list by any of those values.

Before you start

  • A workspace with the Attribution module active.
  • The pixel installed on your site — without it, no clicks are captured.

Steps

  1. Open Clicks

Use Sidebar → Attribution → Clicks. The Captured clicks table shows the most recent clicks, with columns Captured, URL, Source, Medium, Campaign, Click IDs and Visitor.

  2. Pick a date range

The date picker at the top defaults to the last 30 days. Narrow or widen it to frame the traffic you care about.

  3. Filter the list

Fill any of the filter fields — Source, Medium, Campaign, Term, Content, Visitor ID — or pick a Platform (default All platforms), then press Apply filters. Use Clear all to reset. On mobile, the panel sits behind a Filters toggle.

  4. Expand a row for the full record

Click any row to open its detail panel: Destination (landing URL and referrer), Attribution (all five UTM values), Click IDs (the full gclid / fbclid / ttclid values), Identity & timing (visitor ID, event ID, timestamps) and Device (user agent). The landing URL, click IDs, visitor ID and event ID copy to your clipboard on click.

What happens next

  • New clicks appear within seconds of the pixel firing. The table refreshes automatically — a Live indicator shows when auto-refresh is on, and the interval selector lets you choose between Refresh off and 5–60 seconds.
  • In the Click IDs column, colored chips mark which ad platform the click came from: gclid (Google), fbclid (Meta), ttclid (TikTok).
  • These clicks are the raw material of attribution: Decisa matches them to your conversions to credit revenue to campaigns in the ROAS report.

Gotchas

Typing in a filter field does nothing until you press Apply filters — the table keeps showing the previous result set. If the list looks stale after editing filters, that button is the missing step.

Seeing "No clicks in this date range"? Widen the date range first. If there is still nothing, recheck the pixel install — clicks should appear seconds after a visit. Also note that dashes in the UTM columns are normal for untagged (direct or organic) traffic; the click was still captured.
