How do I find my way around Decisa?

1 min readLast verified 2026-06-11

Decisa groups everything into four sections — Home, Operation, Intelligence, and More — shown as a narrow rail on the left. Pick a section in the rail, then choose a page from the submenu next to it. On a phone, the same sections live in a slide-out menu and a bottom tab bar.

Before you start

  • You need to be inside a workspace. The navigation only appears once you open one; the workspace switcher at the top of the sidebar lets you jump between them.

Steps

  1. Pick a section in the rail

The left rail (labelled Sections) holds four groups: Home (your dashboard), Operation (connections, ad accounts, and day-to-day attribution work), Intelligence (recommendations, models, experiments, integrations), and More (settings and billing). Click one to open its pages in the submenu beside it.

  2. Open a page from the submenu

The submenu next to the rail lists the pages inside the section you picked. Under Operation, your connected ad accounts expand into a tree so you can drill into a single account.

  3. Collapse the sidebar for more room

Use the Collapse sidebar control to shrink the rail to icons only; Expand sidebar brings the labels back. Your choice is remembered the next time you sign in.

  4. Use breadcrumbs to retrace your steps

The trail under the top bar (for example WorkspacesAttribution) shows where you are; click any crumb to step back up.

  5. Create something new

There is no "Create" button in the top bar — creating is done in guided mode. Press c anywhere in the workspace, or open the command palette under Create (guided). See the Gotcha below.

  6. Check your notifications

The bell in the top bar opens the Notifications panel. Each item is colour-coded and labelled — an Alert when something needs attention, an Improvement when a change paid off, a Watch when a signal is still weak, and an Update for everything else. A red dot on the bell means there are unread items. Click an item to jump straight to what it's about, or use Mark all read to clear the count.

  7. Search everything from the command palette

Press K to open the command palette. It groups results into Navigation (jump to any page), Create (guided) (start a guided flow), Help (open a help article), and Theme (switch light/dark). Type to filter; use the arrow keys and Enter to choose.

What happens next

  • On a phone, tap Open navigation menu to slide the full sidebar in, or use the four-item tab bar fixed to the bottom of the screen for the most common destinations.
  • The rail, submenu, and mobile menu all read from the same list, so a section only shows pages your workspace's modules actually unlock — see Choose your modules if a section looks empty.

Gotchas

To create something new, use guided mode: press c anywhere in the workspace, open the command palette ( K) under Create (guided), or use Do it guided in your setup checklist. See How do I create things with guided mode? for the full walk-through.

Settings and Billing moved into the More section of the rail. If you used to find them lower in the old sidebar, look for More at the bottom of the rail now.
