How do I share a ROAS report publicly?
Ask your connected AI assistant (Claude, for example) to create a share link for your ROAS report — you get a public link anyone can open without signing in, and you can revoke it the same way at any moment.
There is no share button on the report pages yet. Share links are created and revoked through the AI assistant you connect on the AI Access (MCP) page, and Decisa keeps every link revocable and stripped of sensitive data.
Before you start
- A workspace with the Attribution module active and conversions already flowing — check Sidebar → Attribution → Overview to confirm your ROAS numbers exist.
- An AI client connected via Sidebar → Settings → AI Access. If you haven't done this yet, see "Connect Claude via MCP".
Steps
Connect an AI client under AI Access
Open Settings → AI Access and follow the setup for your client. Once connected, the assistant has the same tools you do, scoped to this workspace.
Ask for a share link
Tell your assistant something like: "Create a public share link for my ROAS report, last 30 days, grouped by campaign." You can choose between two reports: the ROAS report (revenue by campaign) or the ROAS truth check (your numbers vs. the ad platform's).
Pick what the public page reveals
By default the link shows ratios only — ROAS multiples and gap percentages, no money amounts. Ask for "full" visibility if you want revenue, spend, clicks, and conversions included.
Send the link — and revoke it when you're done
Copy the link the assistant returns and send it to your client or partner. To shut it off, just ask: "Revoke that shared report." The link goes dark immediately.
What happens next
- Anyone with the link sees a read-only page: the date range, totals, and one row per campaign with its ROAS — labeled by campaign name or UTM value only.
- The numbers are a frozen snapshot taken at the moment the link was created. They never change afterward, so what you sent is exactly what they see.
- Internal IDs, ad-platform campaign IDs, and customer data are never included — regardless of visibility.
- Revoked or expired links stop working immediately; visitors see that the report is gone, not stale data.
Gotchas
The snapshot is frozen at creation. If new conversions arrive, the shared page does not update — and there is no way to "refresh" a link. Create a new link when you want current numbers, and revoke the old one so two versions aren't floating around.
"Full" visibility shows real revenue and spend to anyone holding the link, and links can be forwarded. For people outside your company, the default ratios-only mode is usually the right call.
